THRIVE is grounded in the truth that to heal burnout- and ascend to the next level in your life and career- you need a new approach: new skills, new mindsets, and support from someone who’s been there.
**Productivity and time-saving hacks, while helpful, are simply NOT going to cut it.
In THRIVE, you’ll take first immediate steps to reignite your energy at a physical and mental level.
This foundation puts you in the right headspace to embark on the ‘harder’ work of overcoming patterns that burnt you out, setting boundaries, and taking action to realign your work and life with your core values.
All without having to quit your job or take a step back.
At its core, burnout is a state of extreme stress and depletion on every level. That’s why in THRIVE we’ll use a holistic approach to de-stressing and reigniting your energy.

2. DE-STRESS THE MIND through powerful routines to simplify your daily life, tools to regulate your nervous system and get out of “fight or flight”, and healthy boundaries.

3. REIGNITE THE SPIRIT by rediscovering what you truly love to do and inserting it into your daily life, and re-aligning your life and career with your core values.

THRIVE is for career-driven women with specific criteria.
The fact is, I can only work with a limited number of clients at any given time, and I only work with those who are prepared to show up and take action.
Healing burnout is a process involving body, mind, and spirit. It's imperative that you're truly ready for this level of personal growth and will make the most of your time in THRIVE to get here.
It's my MISSION to support ambitious women with big dreams create healthy, fulfilling, and impactful lives, but first we must make sure you're qualified (and ready) before we commit to working together in THRIVE.
THRIVE is a 1-1 private coaching program. That means personalized support and guidance from me for the entire 6 months.
When we speak, I’ll explain it in more detail.
For now, what’s most important to know is that THRIVE has 3 components...
We start with a 90-minute coaching session, held over Zoom, to set the foundation for your time in THRIVE. We'll get clarity on where you're at and where you want to go, and co-create your 6-month action plan.
We'll meet bi-weekly as you implement your burnout recovery plan. I'll support you in overcoming obstacles, holding you accountable, and pivoting when needed. We'll connect through email + text between sessions so you'll never be alone in your journey.
I’ll provide all the resources you need, including trainings and exercises to help you identify + overcome the roots of your burnout, and resources for foundational self-care: recipes, guided breathwork sessions, and tools to improve your sleep, establish routines, and regulate your nervous system.
You'll supercharge your physical, mental, and emotional energy so that when you wake up in the morning, you're excited for the day. You’ll have energy to focus at work, be there for the people you love the most, and reconnect with activities that bring you joy.
You'll learn to effectively handle stressors so that you experience less overwhelm and more ease every day, and feel confident that even though you can "do it all", you don't have to.
You’ll heal burnout without quitting your job- instead, you’ll ascend to the next level in your career, whether that means working fewer hours, taking on a promotion, or pivoting to a position that’s more fulfilling. YOU get to decide what "success" means to you.

As an Ivy League-educated PhD and former sociology professor, I know from experience how a high-pressure, passion-driven career path can lead to burnout. I understand the burden of perfectionism that most women experience on a daily basis that leads us to de-prioritize our core needs and silence our inner voice. And I know what it’s like to wake up one day, look into the mirror, and wonder "who is this person?"
That was my life not long ago.
And so I embarked on a healing journey. I turned to food as medicine and became a holistic health coach. I got advanced training in gut health and trauma-aware approaches for regulating the nervous system, especially breathwork.
I healed my body, revived my energy, and learned to control stress- instead of allowing it to control me.
The intense drive that had propelled me so far in my academic career reawakened, but I've redirected it towards helping women like you banish burnout and transform your life using evidence-based, holistic strategies that work.

When Consuelo first reached out to me, she said her stress was at an 11 out of 10, she was exhausted all the time, and had been diagnosed with high cholesterol. Her doctor wanted to put her on medication, but Consuelo knew deep inside that there had to be a better way.
Because she was so busy, Consuelo was hesitant about starting coaching, fearing that she’d need more time and a more open schedule to really focus on herself. But she came to realize that time would never come- and so she took the leap.
Over the course of her time in THRIVE, Consuelo gradually reworked her diet and began integrating stress management practices like breathwork and meditation into her daily life. By the end of the program, she no longer felt stress controlled her- instead, she was in control. She lost 10 lbs and lowered her cholesterol 30 points, removing the need for medication. With her newfound energy, Consuelo created a wellness program for military and veteran caregivers, and is now starting a non-profit organization.
"Prior to enrolling in the THRIVE program, I was at one of my lowest points in life both physically and mentally. I was in the midst of dealing with a health issue for a close family member while navigating the aftermath of a significant breakup and had recently overcome a serious case of shingles brought on by the increased levels of stress and anxiety…all while working two jobs. I found myself perpetually exhausted but unable to sleep through the night. My relationship with food was almost non-existent as I had no desire to cook or even eat at times given that it would make me feel sick to my stomach. I felt like I had lost sight of the woman I was and though I wanted so badly to find myself again, I struggled with how to do just that. I wanted to return to the happy, healthy, full of life young woman I once was.

When Deanna and I first spoke about working together in THRIVE, she’d been pushing herself hard for too long and had reached a breaking point. “I feel like I live in fight or flight mode and almost as if I am losing control of my body!” Her doctor had suggested anti-anxiety meds.
But she didn’t want that. She wanted to change. Deanna realized she’d been “giving 110%” to work and everyone else, and wanted to give herself the same so she could “wake up and say ‘I feel good today.’”
With Deanna’s state of absolute exhaustion, dealing head-on with her big stressors was NOT a viable place to start- she didn’t have the bandwidth for it. So we set to work on the foundations: diet and sleep. Within a few weeks, Deanna was sleeping better than she had in years, and her energy had rebounded.
She now had the capacity to tackle the big issues that were giving her so much stress in her life. She started setting better boundaries at work, rewiring destructive thought patterns, and letting go of the need to “fix” problems at her job that were objectively out of her control. Her feelings of stress and overwhelm began to dissipate.
By the end of our 6 months together, Deanna was a completely new person. She had the emotional energy to be social with friends and family. She was excited about life again and able to confidently handle big work and life stressors that popped up unexpectedly. And her physical health had improved so much that her mother commented how lustrous her hair looked!
To say Alice was "tired" when she joined THRIVE would be an understatement. She wanted to nap every day and was struggling to balance a demanding career and two young kids. That stress- plus working from home for almost two years- was taking a toll. She knew she was working too much (often on weekends when she'd rather do fun stuff with her kids), felt frustrated and unsatisfied with her job, and admitted she was not taking good care of her health. She wanted to make changes in her health and career, but didn't know where to start or how to stay consistent.
We first got clear on Alice's goals- she had to get very honest with herself about what she wanted when it came to her career and how she wanted her daily life to look. This wasn't easy to figure out! We worked through some of her beliefs about what "success" looked like, so she could re-define it in her own terms.
Next, Alice started putting healthy habits in place: adjusting her diet, and finding ways to de-stress. She experimented to discover out what worked best for her. Once Alice started prioritizing her health and feeling better physically, she began taking bolder action at work: asking for what she wanted and setting firm boundaries around her time and what projects she was willing to take on. This required a lot of mindset work. Like so many brilliant, high performing women, Alice experienced imposter syndrome, which led her to work more than necessary and worry deeply about her performance- even when all evidence indicated she was excelling at her job.
Alice is now in a more fulfilling role that allows her to have the work-life balance she desires, while continuing to care for her own mental and physical health.
Nicole fit squarely into that high-performing, type-A category of women who are at high risk for burnout. When she first reached out to me, she was struggling to maintain her health and mental wellbeing-while having recently ascended to a key leadership position in a federal agency, moving to a new place far away from her social network, and working from home 5 days a week.
Nicole was exhausted, stress was piling up, and she often found herself working long hours or on weekends to keep up. She knew if she had more energy and focus, she’d also become more productive and be able to create better work-life balance. And she knew she needed actual human support if she wanted to step out of her comfort zone and truly change things.
Nicole made some key changes to her diet and exercise habits, and dropped her all-or-nothing mindset- she learned to be more forgiving of herself if she makes a 'mistake' or gets 'off track' with nutrition, exercise, or other goals- now she just gets right back to taking action. As a result, her energy and focus improved.
At work, Nicole realized and accepted what she has no control over, and began focusing her time and energy on what she CAN control. She set firmer boundaries, began confidently voicing her needs so she could get more support, and found her entire mindset shift around work. The stresses of her job hadn’t changed much, but things felt easier.
Overall, Nicole developed a keen awareness of what energizes vs. depletes her - helping her make better choices at work and in life. She began to deliberately say YES to more things, that energized her and found she had more emotional energy to tackle home DIY projects, go out more with her husband, and be more social.
Waiting for the perfect time? When everything is calm in your life and you’re finally ready to focus on YOU? I hate to break it to you, but that time is never going to come. High-achieving and type-A women always seem to have a lot on their plates.
But, you CAN start healing right now, amidst all the craziness in your life. You just need to jump in and start moving forward.
